Through a person-centered approach, and a variety of community-based services, Day Habilitation services will facilitate individuals to develop and achieve personal outcomes by; identifying personal strengths and needs and building those strengths, fostering healthy relationships, empowering individuals to self-advocate for themselves, fostering a sense of community through participation and volunteering, and to feel a belonging to the community.
